AUTHOR: Delroy Ellis grew up in and still lives in Gloucester. He founded the youth charity Increase the Peace in 2008 and YES Mentoring in 2012. Delroy specialises in working with and supporting children and young people at risk. He has won many awards for his work over the years and is a former ambassador for the South West for The Prince's Trust.
