About the Author

Katrina Germain began writing picture books by accident when a story in her head wouldn't go away. She wrote it down to set it free. This story went on to become Katrina's first picture book Big Rain Coming. Katrina has continued to write ever since and remains passionate about creating stories for children.

About the Illustrator

Tom Jellett's commissions have include Hot Stuff by Margaret Clark, Fuzz the Famous Fly by Emily Rodda, a picture by Max Fatchen. Tom now lives in Sydney and works as an illustrator for the The Australian.
