Bond 11+

Was recommended these books by a friend and I am so glad we bought them started using them with my 6 year old and the 4 different books have given me a great insight as to where my daughter is up to and the fact that I can now help her has made a huge difference (did not have a clue where she was up to in school) !!!!! Amazon review Bond do a whole range of workbooks, including test papers for English, Maths, Verbal-Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning. This is the second in their Verbal Reasoning books of assessment papers, which now take your child from the age of 5 all the way to the 11+. Although your child may not need to complete an exam in Verbal or Non-Verbal Reasoning until they do their 11+ selective school exams, these tests will help your child become familiar with the format. Many children, faced with these kind of papers a few months before taking the exams find them difficult - however, if they have been completing them for a long period they will be familiar with all the different types of questions: sorting words, selecting words, anagrams, coded sequences and logic. There are twenty complete tests, plus a progress chart. I have always found the Bond papers extremely helpful for preparing for those all important 11+ exams and recommend their workbooks highly.
