An abandoned newborn baby is found in the bush at Bolivia Hill. 73-year-old Keith takes her home and cares for her on his own. Eppie grows to be a healthy switched on intelligent child. However, he has to hide her from child protection authorities.

When she is six-years-old he goes to Court. He is given custody of her and parent status.

During those six years, several major problems arise. She is a strong willed and loving child. However, he has to protect her from several assaults.

This is the second part of the story and it is about her unknown birth mother, Cathy, and the trials and tribulations she has to endure resulting from her gang rape by misogynistic young men. She grew up on a sheep property in Northern New South Wales and at 17 started her first year at University. However, Cathy is killed in a terrible car accident shortly after Eppie's birth.
