This is integrated with the Bible teachings, concepts, and themes. The letters, s, a, t, and p, are introduced first. Each letter has a connected Bible story to further promote Christian teachings and letter-sound knowledge. The workbooks are ideal for children's Bible classes, Christian schools, churches, and homeschoolers. There are two pages dedicated to teaching each sound. These fully reproducible sheets contain engaging activities that promote the following:

Phonemic Awareness: Identify sounds in spoken words
Phonics: Understand letter-sound correspondences
Handwriting: Write the letters that represent each sound
Spelling: Use picture clues to spell words with the target sound, and identify the correct spelling of words with the target sound

Write: Write sentences with the target sound
Comprehension: Listen to a connected Bible story that supports the sound being taught. Answer questions asked about the story.
