Allison Kabildjanov grew up in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Her teen years found her searching for purpose and hope, which she encountered by coming to know Christ at a youth service in Bearskin Lake. Soon after, Allison chose to follow Christ and become a missionary to South Africa. This experience ignited in her a heart of faith. It led her to pursue teacher training for the ESL field in China, where she met her future husband and came face-to-face with daily opportunities to change, challenge herself, and grow in her faith, as well as in her relationships and personal sense of identity.
