About the Author

Watt Key—a direct descendant of Francis Scott Key—is the author of numerous books for young readers, among them Deep Water, Terror at Bottle Creek, and Alabama Moon, which was named to Time magazine's list of the 100 Best Young Adult Books of All Time. He lives in southern Alabama with his family.
