About the Author

Sir Chris Hoy is Great Britain's most successful Olympic athlete of all time, with six gold medals and one silver. Chris was voted 2008 BBC Sports Personality of the Year. His achievements throughout his career make him one of Team GB's most successful Olympians, the first Briton since 1908 to win three gold medals in a single Olympic Games, and one of the most successful Olympic cyclists of all time.

Since retiring from competitive cycling, Chris has become and award-winning author and motivational speaker.
