About the Author

About the Illustrator

After spending 20 years playing with clay, Heidi Cooper Smith rediscovered her love for illustration when three small children and a picture book collection burst into her life. Soon after illustrating her first book, Heidi started writing. Her favourite stories are those with humour and whimsy.
