Allan Frewin Jones, born on April 30, 1954, in London, UK, is an accomplished English author known for his extensive bibliography, which spans over 90 books tailored for children and young adults. Under various pseudonyms such as Fiona Kelly, A F Jones, Frewin Jones, Damien Graves, Adam Blade, Nick Shadow, and Allan Jones, he has explored diverse genres including fantasy, romance, and speculative fiction.
Jones discovered his passion for writing at the age of nine and pursued it alongside his interests in art, music, and reading. Despite initially working in clerical and civil service roles, he eventually earned a Fine Art Diploma of Higher Education.
His literary journey commenced with the publication of "The Mole and Beverley Miller" by Hodder Books in 1987. Since then, Jones has captivated young readers with a plethora of series and standalone works. Notable series include "The Mystery Club" (under Fiona Kelly), "The Hunter and Moon" series, "Dark Paths," "The Little Sister" books (as A F Jones), "Talisman," "Special Agents" (as Sam Hutton), "The Faerie Path," and "Warrior Princess" (both as Frewin Jones).
