Our hopes and dreams went out the door

When our whole group was called to War

Returned so full of misery

That the world didn't seem to see

Treated with hate and disrespect

Never knowing what to expect

Had to find new ways to adjust

You never really know who to trust

Chaos breaks out to cause a blame

It becomes clear things won't be the same

True friends will always help out

A fact that you do not doubt

The path clears for our dream once more

To the past we must close the door
