The fourth Major Rodney Brown Spymaster Story. The Major is recalled to duty by Brigadier Robinson after Rodney's physical injuries have healed. A mandarin in the treasury leads the fraud, supported by KGB thugs he runs roughshod though the economy ripping millions out of the country. As Rodney's team begin to roll the frauds Colonel Pushkin KGB takes up a vendetta against Rodney. The Colonel wants vengeance never more so when Rodney discovers that the fraud model has been exported to the USA and other European neighbours. A crunching climax to the story which is Pushkin's last chance to assassinate Rodney.
