I actually needed to buy this book as a textbook for university, but it's a really good resource. There is so much content that is easy to understand and flows really well. There are many pictures and tables that help translate the text into more understandable concepts.

There is also an associated student support website with extra information and test questions.

This will be a book I will keep and refer too long after the subject I'm studying is completed.

              Great reading book for nutrition
This book covers every aspect of food and nutrition and would be idea for students wanting to study dietetics.
Papers are a little thin and flimsy but thats just a minor detail.

I use this book to study. It's great because it's what I needed and it's not so great because the pages are so thin and fragile! But that's the only thing I could think of to say for what's not so great about it lol
