Some great info on the negative side of sugar for our bodies but lacks so much info about important aspects of nutrition, no mention of salt, fish, bread. Written with blinkers on. Not thrilled with the book. A few nice receipes but not worth the purchase.

Easy to read book - but is a bit light on background information. There are some intersting recipes, some great ideas in them along with some that are not really recipes so much as combinations of favourite ingredients. The book does not question stevia, so not suitable for stevia sceptics.
