The most important question isn't: Why Me? But the most significant question is: What am I put here for? What am I doing here?
Asking why certain things happened to us or why God allowed some bad things to happen to us falls under presumptuous sins. We tempt God by that, and we ought not to tempt Him.
There are many ways to tempt God;
One of which is blaming Him.
Some Christians have the presumption to blame God!
They say, "God, you didn't do this! You didn't do that! Why did you let this happen to me? Why did that happen?"
See, we are too small to be blaming God the almighty, powerful and all-knowing for anything.
Many things happen for which we do not have the answers to. I know that God is a good God, and what He does is always right so for anyone to stand up and accuse God of anything is foolishness.
Some people blame God for things that happened to them as children and because of that they refuse to serve God and run away from ministry.
The Bible says "for I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord..." and it also says that "our steps are ordered by the Lord" so the question we ought to ask isn't "Why Me?" But "What am I here for?" And if at all we've walked out of the path set up by the Lord then we ought to come to the realization of what we are doing and why we left?
However, no one is perfect and we easily blame God in most bad seasons not knowing that God is always good regardless of our situations. We ought to keep our emotions washed off by the precious blood of Jesus Christ and our focus should be on who has called us and to what He has called us to do.
Begin to Reposition yourself in line with where God wants you to be and where He wants you to go!
So many times we lose sight of Him as a result of focusing on the challenges we are going through, we must instead keep our eyes fixed on Him!
This book is mainly focused on a season of my own, a season I thought I was not going to come out of. To me, my life was over, but by God's special grace I am still here and victorious. Hallelujah!
Almost everyone goes through various challenges in life, and we've all reached a point of asking the "Why Me" question. Trust me, the season I experienced got me asking that question, and it's through that phase that I got to grow so much to a level I am at today because it taught me a lot.
For I consider that season a slaughter, it killed me, and like a seed I had to die to be alive.
The important thing is to serve God and winning a lot of souls over to Him. We are soldiers of the army of God and we shall keep on matching despite the forces of life.
So I pray that as you read through, you will be blessed and if at all you are facing any challenges in life you will commit to the Lord and be victorious!
