Visual Arts for Middle Schools is an instructional resource book designed for art educators. The book focuses on five art disciplines: drawing, painting, design, portraiture and art history/integration. Over 200 exemplary student art works, developed in the classroom, illustrate a quality art education program. The book is designed to provide teachers with instructional strategies that stimulate personal expression and higher thought process.
