The Trinity

THREE LEGENDARY WARRIORS KNOWN AS THE TRINITY

Kage, the smiling swordsman, faster than any blade in the world and hiding a decade of grief behind every joke.

Ishtar, the spear-dancer of the south, beautiful and merciless, sworn to a cause she has never once spoken aloud.

Tren, eight feet of enhanced muscle who bares a dark steel wolf helm silent for ten long years.

When Princess Angelica is torn from a locked tower, her father has nowhere left to turn. The empire responsible is ruled by Emperor Melok - and Melok does not rule alone. High in the mountains above his black fortress lies the lair of Goumon, a demon torn from a hell dimension, unkillable by any weapon ever forged, feeding on the souls of the conquered while its legions of shrieking horrors crush every kingdom that dares defy him.

No army has ever taken that fortress. No rescue has ever come back out of it alive.

Only one band of mercenaries is reckless enough, and deadly enough, to try.

The road to the keep is carnage. The Trinity carves through fierce battles and deadlier enemies with every mile, cutting a bloody line toward a throne room no outsider has ever reached and a demon that has never once been wounded.

They came to save a princess.

But everyone wears a mask, and the Trinity is no exception - three legends bound by a contract, and three secrets none of them has shared with the other two. Somewhere between the gates and the girl, those masks are going to slip.
