Gavin and Jennie have been married for two decades, and they're about to call it quits. But when their teenage daughter has the chance to spend a month in Paris, Gavin makes an unorthodox suggestion: they give it four more weeks. One last kick at the can, so to speak. If things aren't better by the time Bree comes home, they'll divvy up their belongings and say goodbye.
Faced with the prospect of a month together, they embark on a series of day trips to places they used o visit all the time. And as they spend time getting to know each other again, they discover that maybe this isn't the end after all.
