Everyone faces challenges in life. They are inevitable. They find us, no matter how hard we try to avoid them and even Jesus told his disciples; "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."
It is our spiritual resolve which determines how we handle challenges as we face them.
The Refinement is a story of loss and the potency of God's word, it shows how a couple's absolute dependency on God took them from the lowest and darkest point of their lives to a place of beauty and glory. It's a story of coping with bereavement, whilst looking after a family and balancing work. It is poignant, yet inspiring, at times funny, but always with the belief that Jesus provided them with the hope which took them out of a dark and treacherous storm, into glorious light.
Be blessed as you read and look at the place you give God in your life, for He will never deny his people who seek him wholeheartedly.
