About the Authors

Ruby Warrington is a British journalist, editor, and author currently living in Brooklyn, NY. A lifelong student of astrology, she is resident Style Goddess for horoscope.com, has hosted astro-themed workshops and events for the likes of Standard Hotels and Free People, and is also the cofounder of Moon Club, an online spiritual mentoring program for women. Ruby's first book, Material Girl, Mystical World: The Now Age Guide to a High Vibe Life, was published in May 2017 by HarperElixir.

Bess Matassa is a New York-based astrologer, tarot reader, and writer. After completing a PhD, she went rogue and started bringing heaven to earth through customized cosmic offerings ranging from birth chart walking tours, to zodiac perfume making classes and tarot dance parties. She currently serves as resident astro babe for The Numinous and Apartment Therapy, and has been a cosmic consultant for brands and platforms including Teen Vogue, PureWow, and Almay Cosmetics. Bess serves up self-inquiry with a side of play, poetry, and pop music, harnessing the language of the cosmos to bring us deeper into the vivid world that already surrounds us, and the luscious, lovable selves we already are.
