**This story is written in UK English, so words like realize will be written with a S instead of a Z, like realise. Also, meter will be written metre.**
If you have ever wondered what it would look like if Humans had the capabilities to send a ship to another solar system to colinise it, this is my version of the potential events.
Miya Hiroko has been chosen to lead the mission as well as the new colony that is heading to Trappist-1e, with overlapping crews for the voyage and a large contingent of a thousand colonist with different backgrounds that will hopefully be able to not only establish a footing on the planet, but to create a livable atmosphere as well as a thriving population for years to come. But when Miya comes out of her stasis pod, something's off with the current crew as well as the past ones.
After narrowly escaping a ship's explosion they finally make it to the Trappist 1 system and find a way to land their kilometre long ship on the rocky ground of their new home, but it is just a small victory in a long line of challenges they look forward to, from creating a breathable atmosphere, to planting and cultivating food they will be able to eat, to finding a source of water that scientists back on Earth said could be found on this planet. But theory and reality are not always aligned, as the crew of the Crystara V quickly realise.
But when things look to be impossible, and the original plan is not practical, they need to find a new solution, and heading back out to find another home is not an option.
*This science fiction novel starts off as hard science fiction, with as much of the science as possible verified with the knowledge available at the time of writing. Toward the middle of the book, it starts to switch to a more space opera style. It is only written for the fun of reading, nothing else.*
