THE CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADERS CODE: Mastering The Art of Trading

The popularity of cryptocurrencies has skyrocketed in recent months, especially in the wake of the price explosion seen by Bitcoin in December 2017. Investing in cryptocurrencies used to be the domain of seasoned investors and industry specialists. However, since December 2017, when Bitcoin experienced enormous success and popularity, things have altered. Even the smallest and least seasoned investors are now included in it. It would be very helpful for you to have a general understanding of how cryptocurrencies came to be before diving into the specifics of holding and cryptocurrency investing in general.

A SYNOPSIS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY HISTORY

In the 1990s, American cryptographer David Chaum developed Digi Cash, which was regarded as the first kind of online money in the Netherlands. He developed Digi Cash as an expansion of the RSA encryption method, which was at the time thought to be widely used. Together with its E-Cash product, the technology he developed was able to attract a lot of media attention. It became so well-known that Microsoft Corporation attempted to acquire Digi Cash for $180 million with the goal of installing Digi Cash on every Windows-powered computer in existence. One of the biggest errors Chaum and his business made was turning down Microsoft's $180 million offer, which angered De Nederlandsche Bank, the Netherlands' top financial regulator. All of those critical errors ultimately contributed to Digi Cash's downfall in 1998 when the business filed for bankruptcy.
