About Ginger:
Hello, I'm Ginger Conti and I created Home Staging in 1996, and have Staged over 400 homes.
It all began when my love for Interior Decorating was able to be used to help sell homes for my husbands Real Estate business. My husband always sets himself aside from everyone else and has a brilliant marketing mind and motivation.
So while my husband was selling Real Estate I was always there by his side. We would sell houses and a percentage of them would be vacant. When we would hold open houses then it seemed like we were showing a house with no personality.
At that moment, I had a brainstorm and said to my husband, Hunny, why don't we bring in some furniture and nick nacks to help add some personalty to the listing. He said, sure let's try it. As soon as we started Staging our listings, our sales Sky-rocketed. It has been a journey...but now, I would like to share what I've learned from my journey of Home Staging since 1996.
Paul has a unique way in creating effective Real Estate results. His marketing ideas and channels are extraordinary innovative. He's constantly exploring new realms of marketing ideas and techniques in order to effectively move Real Estate and stay updated with the changing market.
Paul and his wife Ginger work closely together in order to create smooth transactions and results. Paul is the Licensed Real Estate agent who handles the transactions while Ginger who is naturally inclined with designing tips and innovative ideas also a major part of the team. Why are they different than any other team? Well lets just say that they've been called innovators and movers to say the least.
