Captain Elya Nevers finds himself in the thick of the mystery when his Sabre gets shot down at the moment of contact. As it turns out, the Kryl are out for more than their usual share of blood and planetary resources. This particular Overmind is seeking an alien artifact, one with the power to turn her into the most dangerous enemy mankind has ever faced.
Elya blazes through the atmosphere and other extraordinary circumstances as he crash lands on the surface of the moon and takes evasive action. While he tries to rejoin his squadron, he crosses path with murderous xenos, helpless civilians, wily priests with phenomenal abilities, and an interstellar enigma that puts him in the crosshairs of beings more powerful than he can imagine.
It's fly or die in this space opera action/adventure that takes the best parts from Battlestar Galactica, mixes it with a little Starcraft II, and pours it into a tumbler of ancient alien relics.
