This is an adult-sized hat with 2 squirrels and 2 sets of acorns worked as cables. The sample hats were knit with Cascade Yarns Cherub DK (white) and Hayfield Kimono (orange).
Directions are for a single size of about 22-24 inches (56-61 cm) in diameter. The pattern requires about 145 yards (132 m) so may require a second ball of yarn.
The hat is worked in the round. A set of 16 inch (40 cm) circular needles is recommended as well as a set of double-point needles in the same size.
