The first visit is curiosity. The second is a decision.
Lucy Bennett has spent years being respectable, comfortable and quietly invisible. Then a black card leads her to Sin Cafe, a hidden establishment where every private desire has a place on the menu.
Inside, Lucy discovers a version of herself that her husband has never seen. But Sharon, the cafe's elegant and dangerously attentive founder, seems to know far too much about Lucy's marriage, her loneliness and the life she is desperate to escape.
As secret encounters lead to an invitation at a secluded mansion, pleasure gives way to suspicion. Someone has been watching Lucy. Someone close to her is hiding a secret life of their own. And the final game may have been arranged long before Lucy agreed to play.
Sin Cafe is a provocative story of temptation, double lives, marital betrayal and one woman's struggle to distinguish liberation from control.
