'Sanditon' (1817) is written by the renowned English novelist Jane Austen. The story takes place in the fictional town of Sanditon on the Sussex coast, where Mr Parker, a local businessman, is determined to turn Sanditon into a fashionable tourist town.
However, the arrival of his sisters and brother, a school party from the West Indies, and Sir Edward Denham soon have Sanditon buzzing with gossip, romance, and deceit.

'Sanditon' was made into a popular ITV series in 2019, starring Crystal Clarke, Rose Williams, and Kris Marshall.
