Rory comes from the Scottish Highlands and does not much care for people. She certainly doesn't care what they think of her and her rude ways. Nor does she much bother with rules or regulations - or laws. When she's caught hacking into a government computer she's made an agent of the government instead of being arrested. Much to the dismay of her bosses. After an incident, she is shipped to America to work with American Intelligence, and becomes the problem of John Black, a very large, very proper Black man she proceeds to mock and insult. It is dislike at first sight, even though they are irresistibly attracted to each other. Black's attempts at discipline thus become deeply sexual, while Rory's efforts at provoking further 'punishments' produce a thrilling rush of heat and passion in both of them. Meanwhile, there's a guy recruiting Chinese agents they need to deal with.
