Project 2025: A Recipe for American Decline
In this book, we're examining the Heritage Foundation's Project 2025—a collection of bad ideas that, if implemented, would change how the U.S. works. Here's why many are worried:
Justice System Changes: They want to "reset" the FBI and fix the Department of Justice. It would make justice more political, which isn't conducive for trust and fairness.
Border Security: Securing borders is great, but restructuring Homeland Security would have unintended consequences—like strained relations with other countries.
Education Freedom: They want to break up the Department of Education. That might empower parents, but it would also create chaos in education policy and give our children a less quality education.
Loyalty Database: Heritage is creating a database of conservative loyalists for government jobs. This would prioritize loyalty over competence.
In short, Project 2025 is completely wrong for America.It would deepen already deep divisions in our country, deepen economic inequality, and change our country for generations, if not forever.
