Step-by-step guide for finding guidance in tools like oracle cards, tarot cards, affirmation cards or even using self-help books as a flip-to-a-page-for-guidance oracle. How to attract answers or know what to change to influence your manifestation. Includes life's messengers as oracles, too.
Chapter Eight - Meditation
Step-by-step guide on how to include self-reflection and meditation in your practice: the role of formal meditation, guided meditation (with sample script) and focusing on your body for clues. Includes troubleshooting for those short on time, who can't sit still etc.
