Pause is a witty and refreshingly honest romantic comedy about midlife, reinvention, and the chaos of starting over.
Tammy Johnson is already juggling enough—hot flashes, mood swings, family drama, and a love life that's gone completely off track. Just when she thinks things can't get more complicated, her new boss enters the picture... and so does an unexpected spark she wasn't prepared for.
As workplace tension, personal upheaval, and a brewing company scandal collide, Tammy is forced to confront not only her circumstances—but herself. With humor, vulnerability, and a touch of romance, she navigates the unpredictable terrain of perimenopause, relationships, and second chances.
Sharp, relatable, and laugh-out-loud funny, Pause is a story about embracing change—even when it shows up uninvited.
