Michael Tooma is partner of global law firm Clyde & Co. He is the author of numerous books on Work Health and Safety law. He is consistently recognised as one of the leading legal practitioners in health and safety. In addition to practice, Michael has taught at various tertiary institutions. Michael is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety and a recipient of its Lifetime Achievement Award for contribution to health and safety.
