Michael Kemp
After obtaining an MBA from Monash University, Dr. Michael Kemp launched his career in corporate finance during the thriving bull market of the mid-1980s. As a young financier, he earned the prestigious Ian Roach Prize for securing the top spot nationally among Australian Securities Exchange employees pursuing the Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
A University of Melbourne graduate, Michael Kemp has since acquired two master's degrees, including the MBA from Monash University.
His diverse financial journey encompasses roles in the treasury department of the Australian Wheat Board, trading at Bankers Trust, and serving in the corporate finance department of the stockbroking firm Potter Warburg, both in Australia and London. For nine years, he held the position of chief investment analyst for the Barefoot Blueprint newsletter.
Presently, Michael dedicates his time to family and friends, indulges in travel, manages personal investments, and contributes articles and podcasts to a business consultancy firm.
For Michael, finance has consistently been a passion rather than just a job, and "The Ulysses Contract" marks his third venture into the realm of investment literature.
