Getting dumped hurts.
Getting dumped for someone in a game? That's a different level of humiliation.
Lia never expected her relationship to end like that—sitting in a quiet cafe, listening to her boyfriend confess that he had fallen for another girl... inside the very game she learned just for him. Aether Realms was supposed to bring them closer. Instead, it became the reason she lost everything.
Heartbroken, angry, and completely done with being the "loser," Lia makes a decision: she's not going to disappear quietly. When she finds out about an upcoming offline game event, she sets a new goal—show up, look better than ever, and prove she's moved on.
Simple plan.
Until everything goes wrong.
From accidentally venting to the most cold-hearted player in the game...
To faking a relationship in front of her ex...
To waking up in a stranger's apartment wearing someone else's shirt...
That "stranger" turns out to be Kai—an annoyingly calm, ridiculously skilled player who clearly has zero interest in her drama... and somehow ends up stuck in it anyway.
What starts as a fake relationship quickly turns into something far more complicated. Between pride, heartbreak, awkward encounters, and unexpected moments of comfort, Lia begins to question everything she thought she wanted.
Was this really about making her ex regret it?
Or was it about finding a version of herself she had lost?
And in a world where connections begin behind a screen...
can something real actually exist?
LEVEL UP LOVE is a story about heartbreak, healing, and the messy, unpredictable way love finds you—sometimes in the last place you expect.
