Kirsten Bradley
Kirsten, along with her partner Nick Ritar, is the co-founder of Milkwood Permaculture. Over the past decade, they have dedicated themselves to farming and educating numerous students in permaculture skills and design. Currently residing on a modest permaculture homestead in Victoria with her family, Kirsten is engaged in various activities such as growing food, tending to goats, beekeeping, foraging, teaching courses, and writing books. Her inclination to pickle and ferment a variety of produce has consistently yielded impressive results. Kirsten is the author of 'Milkwood' (Murdoch Books 2018) and 'Easy Peasy' (Gestalten 2019).
