How long will it take to receive my order?

Every product on our website has a listed shipping expectation that is displayed on the product page and in the order summary in the web checkout. These expectations refer to the number of business days it is expected to take to process and dispatch the item from our Sydney warehouse. Different items have different shipping expectations dependent on stock availabilities. If you order different items with different shipping expectations, Booktopia will send consecutive parcels to complete the order rather than make you wait for everything to be sent together. You will only be charged for postage once.

Our deliveries are made using Australia Post's premium eParcel service. Delivery expectations to reach your locailty, once the parcel has been shipped from our warehouse, are summarised below:

These can vary, especially during peak times so please allow for these delivery times when ordering titles that are required for a gift or a specific date. Please note that if your order is placed during one of our sale periods, dispatch for In-Stock items can be delayed due to increased volume of orders.
