In their society, women are second class citizens and are kept as slaves. They have no rights and it is illegal to be a Feminist. The USD is ran by Mr. President (also known as the Dictator). His son, Dick Van Cock, has everything that he's ever wanted: money, girls, and fame. Dick's life gets forever changed when he meets new classmate Nina Hill. They immediately fall for each other, but there is one problem with that: he is white and she is black, which is not allowed in their society. As Dick and Nina try to hide their love from the world, they are pushed towards a prophetic destiny that they cannot avoid.
