Reverend Winchester was sent to Rimrock with orders to bring the word of God back to the wild-and-woolly mining town. He knew it wasn't going to be easy: Rimrock was a place where life was cheap and the pleasures of the flesh were many. But he was determined to give it a go.
What he didn't allow for was Karl Latrobe and his kill-crazy gunslingers. Latrobe had taken over the town and ran things his way—usually at the end of a pistol. He certainly didn't care much for the preacher who spoke out against him, so he decided that Winchester should be eliminated.
But there was one thing that Latrobe didn't know. Winchester hadn't always been a man of the cloth. Before that he'd worn two low-slung guns, and he was mighty fast with both of 'em.
