Faking It Big

Sparks fly between an American popstar looking for a comeback and a British action star who hates the spotlight in this fake-dating romance debut. Popstar Chloe Belle is determined to take her new album to No. 1 and prove her haters (and rock star ex) wrong. So why can't the media focus on anything but her recent divorce or her double chin? When Chloe's run-in with her celebrity crush, English stage actor-turned-Hollywood-hunk Andrew Westrate, goes viral, their teams propose a deal. A former stage actor, Andrew is out of his depth after his new role as a legendary British spy catapults him to stardom. But when his latest film underperforms, a buzzy tabloid relationship could boost his image—and distract from Chloe's past. With the fate of both their careers at stake, Chloe and Andrew embark on a whirlwind press tour, from Saturday Night Live to the Met Gala. Smart and sensitive Andrew is the opposite of Chloe's bad-boy ex, and he is mesmerized by her curves and superstar confidence. Before they know it, their PR romance starts to feel very real... But fame is a hard business, and they will have to battle scheming publicists, greedy family members, and their own insecurities to find out if their love can last after the flashbulbs fade.
