2050 - The Digital Age
In 2050, the world is no longer divided by territorial boundaries between countries. The strong globalization process has erased barriers between countries in all fields from political economy to socio-culture. To ensure fairness and uniformity in decentralization and measurement of development, everything including education and language has been standardized.
The standard education system in the world is divided into 3 levels: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced. Learners in this system will not be subjected to any discrimination including age, sex, religion, race as long as they have enough capacity and intelligence to meet the learning levels. Therefore, there is a phenomenon that children study at the Advanced level and the elderly study at the Basic level. All because of their power.
Regarding language, it is considered that each person has a world of their own, where their abilities are recognized and developed. Private worlds intersect, touch, and interact with each other to grow and expand together. However, language broke the connection and prevented the development of those worlds of their own. Therefore, people have created a new language to remove the barriers between separate worlds. It's an emotionless language that doesn't come from any culture and it's called Aticiary - the new language in the digital age. However, this language is not available for communication and is only used in tests.
