For more than four decades, Deborah Conway has been a dedicated musician, embodying roles as an innovator, motivator, role model, facilitator, and entrepreneur. Fearless in her approach to risk-taking, Conway has consistently pushed and pulled at existing boundaries, advocating for her cause with unwavering integrity and intelligence, always striving for the highest standards in her pursuits. Over the past three decades, her primary collaborator has been Willy Zygier, a versatile musician, songwriter, and composer.

Beyond the release of a dozen studio albums and numerous live performances, Conway has demonstrated her versatility as a producer, festival director, and actor. Furthermore, she is set to add published author to her list of accomplishments.

In 2020, Conway was appointed a Member (AM) of the Order of Australia, recognizing her significant contributions. Additionally, she received the Australia Council's Don Banks Award for her outstanding impact on the music industry. In 2022, Conway achieved further recognition by being inducted into Music Victoria's Hall of Fame.
