SNePS is a state-of-the-art knowledge representation and reasoning system used for artificial intelligence and cognitive science research. It is a semantic network based system designed by the members of the SNePS Research Group. The First Annual SNePS Workshop was held on November 13, 1989, at the State University of New York at Buffalo. The aims of the workshop were to bring together researchers in AI working with or interested in SNePS.
