In the far reaches of space, aboard the exploration vessel Aethelgard, Chief Astrophysicist Liam Anderson discovers a mysterious black Monolith hidden deep within the Veil Nebula. The object defies every known law of physics: it emits enormous amounts of energy while remaining at absolute zero, and its strange pulse begins interfering with the ship's systems-and even time itself.

As Liam investigates, he uncovers horrifying evidence that the Monolith is triggering the collapse of a nearby star system. Within less than three days, the Xylar Colony, home to billions of people, will be destroyed in a catastrophic supernova. Desperate to stop the disaster, Liam proposes an experimental "Warp-Pulse" procedure that could stabilize the nebula and save the colony.

But the deeper he digs into the Monolith's signal, the more reality begins to fracture. Liam experiences missing moments in time, visions of a destroyed version of his own ship, and cryptic distress messages that appear to come from the future. Slowly, he realizes the terrifying truth: the Monolith may not be causing the disaster alone-the crew's attempts to stop it are actually helping create it.

As the Aethelgard is pulled into a deadly temporal loop, Liam must confront the possibility that he is trapped inside a cosmic paradox where cause and effect no longer make sense. What began as a mission of scientific discovery becomes a desperate fight against fate itself, forcing Liam to question whether the universe can truly be understood-or whether some truths were never meant to be uncovered.
