EVERYONE NEEDS DICK.
As Cruise Director aboard the glamorous S.S. Celestial, Dick Dockery has made a career out of solving other people's problems. Demanding passengers, social disasters, impossible requests... if it happens on board, Dick can handle it with charm, efficiency and an immaculate smile.
As the Celestial sails from New York to Bermuda, Dick is kept busy by honeymooners with unexpected problems, an overenthusiastic bachelor, an opinionated grand dame, a celebrated singer, and enough romantic complications to keep Cupid permanently seasick. The one person he never quite manages to keep up with is Van Valentine.
Van has an inconvenient habit of appearing whenever Dick least expects him, asking the sort of questions no passenger ever should, and cheerfully unravelling Dick's carefully organised world.
For a man who's spent his life making sure everyone else has the perfect voyage, falling in love was never part of the itinerary.
All Hands on Dick is a joyful LGBTQ+ historical romantic comedy packed with sparkling dialogue, unforgettable characters, delicious misunderstandings, and all the glamour, mischief and romance of a golden-age Atlantic crossing.
