Isla MacIver has happiness at her fingertips when she arrives in Flora's Cove - a tranquil and secluded community where the residents ask no questions. Having travelled as a nomad for years, she finally feels like she has reached the end of the road and will be able to rest. But things are not as they seem. Her volatile sister lurks nearby and, when a mysterious stranger arrives in town with a link to her past, things unravel fast. Desperate for a new life but unable to shake the shackles of all that's come before, she can only stand still and wait while the rural town spirals around her.
