Organized, is a tale about a Mobster in his late 60's that's been in the game for a long time and wishes to depart the game a 'living legend', however, his men have plotted to assassinate Organized by implementing the ways of the Italian Mafia (La Cosa Nostra) in which is a violation of Organized family (The Nomolosa Crime Family).

As Organized gathers this information from a series of informants, wire tappings, drones and seed planters, he's still confused on who the conspiriators are.

With his plan in order to assassinate his own men, he ultimately leaves the game a 'living legend'.

The twist of the story is, Organized was diagnosed as a Paranoid Schizophrenic and has been placed in the care of Upper Manhatten's State Hospital (St. Maritime) for life, the question is, is what Organized going through a reality or is he hallucinating again ( his mind playing tricks on him) while under the care of the State?
