Unbeknown to us we are consuming foods containing vast amounts of heat and chemically treated, pressed and concentrated dangerous poly-unsaturated seed oils which cause horrible terminal diseases.
"Hidden" under the guise of "vegetable" oils and terminology on food labels such as "natural" and "organic" and "light" and "no cholesterol" and "anti-oxidant" (and even OK'd by health organisations) these dangerous oils are found in just about every food we eat on a daily basis.
Bread, crackers, cereals, sauces, spreads, dressings, frozen foods and chips, pre-prepared meals, tinned foods, fast food take-aways, and even packaged milk drinks contain these "bad" oils which have highly unbalanced ratios of Omega 6 to Omega 3, in such quantities they overload our body's systems and corrupt new cell growth leading to many diseases such as cancer, but much much more!
Compelling reading that will inspire you to query every food service provider and check the label on every food or drink you ever put into your mouth again.
