Thug Kitchen started their wildly popular website to inspire people to eat some Goddamn vegetables and adopt a healthier lifestyle. Thug kitchen uses the same marketing strategy as popular facebook page IFLS, in a nutshell swearing gets people's attention. Whether it be about vegan food or science using the F word does wonders.
I've used recipes from this book many times, I never have to buy salsa again because the recipes that thug kitchen provide are better than any sad thing you can get in a jar, and the beer and lime cauliflower tacos are a must. I've been eating them all week.
Even without the swearing to liven things up the food is easy to prepare, and delicious in ways you thought vegan food could never be.
Great book. Very funny and engaging. Excellent healthy recipes that are super easy to follow.
