After suffering through seventeen years of abuse from her family, Huldah Moore finds herself on the brink of death from the malevolent king's guards. A shimmering, iridescent hero comes to her rescue, and Huldah comes face-to-face with a man she thought was only a myth. After joining their kingdom, she must face more trials; however, the hardest trial she faces is her self-worth. She starts training with her new found family, the man who had saved her, and his jovial best friend.
