A HOUSE DIVIDED CANNOT STAND...
Originally released as four novellas, the collected edition of the Dominion Civil War series tells the story of two MechWarriors, Vespertine and Strider, as they navigate their unconventional relationship and their home planet tearing itself apart in the midst of a political firestorm. The vote called for to join or refuse entry into the Star League being created by the ilKhan, Alaric Ward, exposed the festering cracks in the grand experiment of the Rasalhague Dominion since its inception and will test the very tenets of the new, unique government created by blending a free society with Clan Ghost Bear.
Also included is an exclusive fifth novellacarrying the story forward. Defy the Stars takes place months after the shocking events of the Dominion Civil War series and catches up with Vesper and Strider, as well as the new status quo of the Rasalhague Dominion as Prince Miraborg uses a shocking assassination attempt and stunning loss to his political advantage.
